From August 28th to 31st, one of the largest power and energy exhibition in ASEAN, Electric & Power Indonesia 2024, took place in Jakarta, Indonesia. Great Power showcased a range of energy storage products and solutions.
Great Power presented several flagship energy storage products and solutions at the exhibition, including the 320 Ultra cell and the Ultra Max 5000 Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage Container. The 320 Ultra, with an energy efficiency of up to 96% and a cycle life exceeding 10,000 cycles, incorporates advanced high-safety composite material technology to reduce costs and enhance efficiency for customers while ensuring safe usage. The 5MWh container features safety system, from cells, PACK, to EMS, battery compartments, and fire protection systems, providing customers with excellent safety. During the exhibition, Great Power's team engaged with customers to discuss the products in various application scenarios and shared project case studies, receiving widespread recognition from attendees.
ASEAN is a key region for the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative. In the global context of tackling climate change, ASEAN countries are developing green energy transitions. Indonesia, with its abundant geothermal, wind, solar, hydro, and land resources, is well-positioned for power station construction, with potential installed capacity in new and renewable energy sources reaching up to 200 GW. As the largest energy producer and consumer in Southeast Asia, Indonesia's energy demand is expected to continue its strong growth.
